    Simply enter your contact / payment information and confirm

    Pre-existing conditions will not effect your eligibility to become a member.

  2. We’ll send an email, text confirmation,
    once your membership is active

    You’ll be able to start using your benefits immediately, set up a teledoctor appointment and look for immediate prescription savings.

    You’ll complete your In-Home Health Test and return it to our CLIA Certified Lab the included prepaid envelope.

  2. Schedule a teledoctor visit and virtual check-up

    Then, we'll review your health test results with a board-certified
    teledoctor and formulate a health and wellness plan together.
